One Ear Up, Teddy!
When the path home disappears beneath a blanket of leaves, Jenna is far from her blue garden gate—and the familiar way back is nowhere to be seen. Freddy, a friendly fox, and Felix, a fuzzy bunny, offer to help. But neither knows which path leads to Jenna’s home.
Felix has a shortcut, Freddy has marching feet, and Jenna has Teddy, whose floppy ear keeps falling down just when they need him to listen. Their woodland adventure turns into a playful search: they hop, march, crunch through leaves, and try to catch a faint, familiar sound. When the wind grows louder and the clue disappears, Jenna must find a way for everyone to pause and listen together. Can she hear the sound that will guide them toward her gate?
One Ear Up, Teddy! is a warm picture book for preschoolers about asking for help, sticking together, and noticing small clues. With lively woodland friends, a floppy-eared teddy, and sound-rich moments made for reading aloud, this gentle adventure invites young readers to listen closely and cheer Jenna on.
