Waylon’s Moonlit Animal Adventure

“Moon, please!” Waylon gazes up from his crib, wishing to see the glowing moon. As his eyes close, a gentle dream carries him beneath an enormous crescent, where Beni the rabbit hops across a meadow and Oona the owl answers with a little “Hoo!”

There is so much to discover in the moonlit dream—but bedtime is drawing near. Beni’s cheerful hops slow into yawns, Oona’s hoot softens, and Waylon begins to feel sleepy too. Can the three friends follow the gentle rhythm of the night and welcome the quiet when it comes?

Waylon’s Moonlit Animal Adventure is a cozy bedtime picture book for babies and toddlers, with friendly animal greetings, playful sounds, and a soothing goodnight refrain. Its dreamy moonlit scenes and simple, repeatable words make it a warm read-aloud to share as little ones settle in for sleep.
