The Visitor from the Stars

Lift off for a planet-hopping picture-book adventure! When Milo and Nia meet Pip, a cheerful visitor from beyond Earth, they climb aboard a silver ship and set out to explore the Sun’s eight planets.

Along the way, young readers can spot cratered Mercury, cloud-wrapped Venus, rusty Mars, giant Jupiter, Saturn’s rings, sideways-spinning Uranus, and windy Neptune. Each stop brings a memorable planetary detail, while the children’s journey offers an inviting way to notice how our neighboring worlds differ. When Milo begins to miss home, the travelers use their observations to search for Earth among the planets.

Made for early readers ages 5–8, this English-language picture book pairs a warm story with 14 illustrations and gentle introductions to planetary wonders. Its adventurous journey can encourage children to look closely, ask questions, and talk with a grown-up about the worlds above us.

• A friendly alien guide and two curious child protagonists
• Simple discoveries about all eight planets
• A reassuring story about finding the way home
